Duchess is our grandmother Dane of the Danes, though she totally enjoys a good chase, fetch, or a nap with the others, always keeping the others in line and spreading her motherly instincts. She is more of our protector. She is very sensitive and so affectionate, always wanting you to pet her, give her a good belly rub, loves to sneak into our bed, anything that will give her affection.
